We believe a document is a piece of writing that happens to carry money
Most business documents are written in a spreadsheet, pasted into a PDF tool, and mailed as an attachment nobody can search. ProposalCraft treats the document as the product: typed, structured, previewed like the client will read it, approved on a recorded trail, and exported in formats that outlive any tool.
Three things we hold to
The product follows the ideas, not the other way around.
Total honesty
Every claim in this portfolio matches the demo you can open. Features the demo simplifies are labeled as simulated — the approval decisions, the delivery, the data. A demo that oversells is a demo that breaks trust in the first meeting.
Editorial craft
Documents read like documents — mastheads, kickers, hairline rules, ruled-off totals. The medium is part of the persuasion; a proposal that looks taken seriously gets taken seriously.
Your records, portable
Everything lives in your browser and leaves as CSV or JSON whenever you ask. The record belongs to the desk that wrote it, on day one and at export.
What this site actually is
A complete demonstration of a documents SaaS, running in a single browser.
ProposalCraft is a fictional product. The studio demo is real, working software: four document templates, a line-item editor with live totals, a paper preview, send-for-approval with recorded decisions, and CSV/JSON exports.
Payments, registration, and client decisions are simulations, clearly labeled in the interface. No card data is ever collected, no message leaves your machine, and the reset button clears the desk in one press.
