ProposalCraft

The legal shelf

The agreements that govern ProposalCraft — written to describe what the product actually does, including where your data lives.

1. What this demonstration collects

Nothing external. This is a self-contained demonstration of ProposalCraft: every document, client record, approval trail, and setting you create is stored in your browser's local storage under proposalcraft.*.v1 keys and never transmitted to any server.

Clearing your browser data for this site, or pressing Reset demo in Settings, removes all of it permanently. That is by design — the record belongs to your desk.

2. Accounts in the demonstration

Account credentials created during checkout or sign-in are simulated. Email addresses are kept unhashed in browser storage for the demo's account list; passwords are stored only as SHA-256 digests — never as plaintext — and the recovery flow is a demonstration without email delivery.

3. What production ProposalCraft would collect

In production, an operating ProposalCraft service would store your account email, hashed password, workspace name, plan, and the documents and trails you create. It would not sell data, run third-party advertising trackers, or read documents for any purpose other than operating the service.

Payment card data is never collected or stored by the product itself; payments are handled by a dedicated payment processor.

4. Your controls

Export: every document exports as CSV or JSON, and the whole workspace exports as a single JSON file from Settings.

Erasure: the reset control clears the demonstration workspace immediately; browser data controls provide the same at the storage level.

5. Contact

Questions about this policy go to the contact page — the demonstration form explains exactly where its message does and doesn't go.
